Now, weddings are all about logistics—how many people can be seated, the best spots to take photos at sunset, you get the picture. Here are some things to consider when looking at Vizcaya for your wedding venue.
Guest Capacity
With sprawling gardens, a large outdoor terrace, and alcoves throughout the Main House, you can host up to 300 seated and 1,000 cocktail-style for your wedding. They offer parking for up to 125 vehicles on-site and additional parking across the street.
Daytime Weddings at Vizcaya
Vizcaya offers a special daytime wedding ceremony package for you to get married in the stunning, lush gardens of the estate. Rentals are between 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Keep in mind, though, that with this option, your rental includes the garden only, not the Main House.
Evening Weddings at Vizcaya
Evening rentals at Vizcaya are extra special, as you gain access to the gardens, Main House, and courtyard. Each locale provides a stunning backdrop for the start of your new life together!
Vizcaya Wedding Rental Pricing Details
If you’re opting for just a daytime ceremony, the rental fee is $1,500 for up to 25 guests (note that you have to include your vendors in this count), plus $25 for additional guests up to 50 total. If you’re planning a full evening wedding ceremony and reception, base rental fees for 125 people start at $12,500 for peak night weddings (Friday–Tuesday) and $7,500 for off-peak evenings (Monday–Thursday). You can add additional guests based upon the capacity of the spaces you choose for an additional $25 per person.
There is also a catering permit fee of $375+ that is determined based upon the guest count.
