This laboratory provides FIU students the experience of operating a restaurant without leaving campus. The facility is also a venue for special events.
The Wine Spectator Restaurant and Laboratory located on the Florida University Biscayne Bay Campus is a world-class hospitality school for students to hone their crafts. The 8,000-square-foot facility features high-tech equipment that allows for interactive instruction and streaming dining events and classes. The educational location has naturally seen some pretty innovative special events.
My alma mater is home to this fantastic event space that has it all: phenomenal décor, water views, open area for cocktails, an intimate ballroom and a beautiful wine tower with a private dining room. Nestled in the heart of North Campus at FIU, the venue welcomes all types of groups for their events and provides them with beautiful furniture and a built-in bar.
