  • Preparation: Marinate shrimp in olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and herbs. Grill until pink and slightly charred. Serve with a lemon wedge.

Grilled Fish Tacos:

  • Ingredients: Fresh fish fillets (such as mahi-mahi), olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, soft tortillas, slaw mix.
