Guests enjoyed chilled mango soup, grilled mahi mahi with coconut rice, and mini passionfruit tarts. Signature guava mojitos added a festive Miami twist.

One of our most imaginative events to date was an Alice in Wonderland-themed celebration for over 400 guests. This wasn’t just a dinner—it was a full-blown immersive experience.
From a mirrored keyhole entrance to characters like Tweedledee and the Queen of Hearts, every detail was planned to perfection. Our menu followed suit, with dishes like “Mad Cow” braised short rib and “Peasant Pheasant” smoked chicken.
Guests were served cocktails through a “Ring and Sip” station and ended the night with boozy gelato and custom mini cheesecakes.

A Waterfront Anniversary in Coral Gables
For a couple’s 20th anniversary, we helped them host a sophisticated dinner at their Coral Gables home. The setting was a private waterfront patio, elegantly lit at dusk.
