In fact, you could say we’ve perfected the art form, :-). Just released by Panache Publishing, Art of Celebration: The Making of a Gala-South Florida Style is the newest compilation of the regions “elite, modern-day visionaries” most visually stimulating events and photos. The collaboration features the area’s best “event-heads” in all parts of industry, designers, caterers, photographers, florists and more.

Twelve Ribs-A-Rackin’!
We are proud that 2009 marked the launch of of our BBQ & Picnic Division with AJW! What started as a small off season project has grown into its own independent operation. During this past summer we began selling ribs every Friday at our commissary from 4:00 –7:00 pm. They became so popular, that we were asked to open for lunch as well! Later on we added sides, desserts, and began a partnership with Gardener’s Market to sell ribs at their various locations around South Florida during the week.
Mama Joy’s Memphis Dry Rub Ribs have been a hit with our South Florida market. And of course, the AJW team was more than willing to go through rigorous taste testing to find the perfect dry rub, sauces and sides. :-) We’ve also just added Dicky Doo’s Kettle Corn, a delicious confection of slightly sweet/slightly salty popcorn. Talk about addictive! Good thing we’ve had a busy event season to keep us running around!
